We received a statue called "Hope" after my Mom died--the last thing she ordered. It was broken.

It took almost four months for them to stop sending me mail about collecting the money and confirmed they had received the broken statue. I asked if I could pay for another one since I'd like to have the last thing she ordered and give it to my daughter. They said absolutely, send a check and you will get it in 10 days. Now they tell me that my Mom's account closed (two weeks after I talked to the last rep) and that the money paid went to my Mom's account and they will send the refund check in her name only and cannot ship out the Hope angel statue.

BUT YOUR REP TOLD ME TO SEND A CHECK. Now they tell me to send them another payment and they will send me the statue.

Idiots and heartless on top of everything else. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
