An angel I ordered was delivered to some unknown address
I ordered an angel to send to my sister. I ordered over the phone.
I spelled my sister's name and address. The person taking the order spelled the name of the road incorrectly and also the name of the city. When, I received an email saying it was delivered that's when I discovered the spelling was not correct. My sister never received the angel.
Who knows where the angel went. I called several times about this and they did not offer to resend the angel to the correct spelling etc. Today, I received a bill in the mail for payment $37.97. I paid the initial payment when I placed the order.
I called customer service and it was for the angel my sister never received. I said I would not pay the remainder. On previous calls, I asked for a refund to no avail.
Anyway, the customer service person corrected the spelling and is sending my sister the angle. I pray she receives it this time.

This company is a scam!!!
I placed an order for a multipiece train set that was to consist of 4 pieces. They initially said that they would be shipping out a piece every other month.
This didn't happen.
I received the 1st piece in January, the 2nd in April, the 3rd in July and the 4th in September.
The biggest issue is that it turns out they have been charging me every single month, even the months when I didn't receive items.
This has resulted in overcharges of more than $200 so far. I used the contact form on their website to request that they reverse the overcharges and close my account and never got any response.
I then emailed them from my gmail account asking them again to reverse the overcharges and close my account, once again have not received any response. I just saw that they recently posted another charge for November.
There is no customer service contact information provided anywhere on their website.
The only option they provide is to fill out a contact request form, which they never respond to even though they claim you will receive a response within 1 business day.
THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Preferred solution: Refund the more than $200 of overcharges, close my account, stop debiting my bank account every month and delete my payment info from their system.

We would like to discontinue our business with you. Fed-up with this company, yawl continue to send us whatever that's yawl's desire, when no one has made an order.
Want to send us when we are not ordering these items, which causes a tremendous inconvenience to our existence because we have to take out from our time to resend them back, we have had enough of this unprofessional movement. This company continues to send us merchandise, even though we have not ordered anything, it's the exact same items that we already have and paid for." We are getting our lawyers involved, this is a forceful entity that we don't appreciate. Leave us alone, this company enjoys taking advantage of senior citizens/elderly customers. I will be connecting with channel 7 on my side.
We have items we didn't order, and this company is sending these items out on their on will of desire because of greed, and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Stop trying to keep us in debt on things of no interest to us, mainly if we already have them.
