SCAM ALERT
An item was delivered to me that I never ordered...When I contacted customer dis-service I was told a reservation in my name was placed and I could return the item...I told them I do not have the time to go to the PO or any facility to send it back and they would need to have it picked up...They refused! I asked for a copy of the reservation they claim to have gotten.
I was told to go to the office in Morton Grove IL to see it??? I'm in F'n Boston. I was told that they have an open invoice that will need to be paid even though I never placed the order...I'm not an idiot...I told them I am now storing their item at a cost of $10 per day, will contact our States Atty. Generals Office, & the BBB along with my Atty.
sounds like a lot of hoop jumping for a $149.00 bill? Screw them they're trying to scam the wrong guy!!!
