Do not order from this place. I received my Donald Trump presidential coin today and it's suppose to say the 45th and 47th president.
Mine says the 44th or 49th instead of the 45th. It looks like a sticker.
I'm very disappointed. It took almost a month to get the coin and it's complete garbage.
Preferred solution: Full refund

The quality of my last purchase.
It was a die cast model of a 1955 Chevrolet Belaire. It was a very poor over model. I do not want to pay for it and need to send it back.

Very *** pore customer support.
I had two accounts with Hamilton collection and spend good money with them evey year for many years now. I went to check the order status and track one of two recently ordered items.
I could not log into my account, Hamilton advised they have no record of the account yet advised one of the two orders in my account is set for delivery on December 24th.
When I pointed out if they can see my orderes then why are they saying no record of account. Log story made very short, the Hamilton collection team don't give two *** about the Hamilton customers and they can kiss my *** by, I will not spend another penny with Hamilton collections and I will make sure everyone that follows social media knows Hamilton collection is a *** hole

Still waiting for my order
I ordered a limited addition Rangers Hockey Precious Moment back on April 28th...I thought it would make a great birthday gift for my husband whose birthday is in October. The shipping date has changed four times...Aug 24, Oct 9, Nov 1, and now Nov 21.
I called them after it changed the first time and told them how important it was I get it in October. Needless to say, that didn't happen and I have little to no faith I will receive it before the end of the year!

Hello, I ordered the Trump knife collection for a Christmas gift. I was not kept informed on the delivery status.
I called to find out when to expect it since it had been a month since I placed my order. The nice lady said it wouldn't arrive until the end of January.
So I cancelled the order. It was too long to wait.
